Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh sea bass (approx. 1 kg)
  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary and parsley)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon to decorate (optional)

Preparation:

step 1: prepare the potato and onion base

  1. preheat the oven to 180°c.
  2. peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. do the same with the onion.
  3. place the potato and onion slices at the base of a baking tray, adding a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
